I’m a Mechanical Engineering Masters student in the MIT Media Lab and am advised by Ramesh Raskar. Before arriving at MIT, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. under the direction of Prof. Dan Negrut. My research interests include robotics, simulation, and deep learning.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, especially doing exerting activities such as hiking and running. I enjoy traveling, preferably to places with mountains. While traveling, I’ve been trying to get into photography, but I’m still a novice. I also cook when I can, and eat Ben & Jerry’s when I can’t.

I double majored in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. Following my freshman year, I joined the Simulation-Based Engineering Laboratory, led by Prof. Dan Negrut, where I helped develop the simulation engine Chrono. I also served as a member and president of Wisconsin Autonomous, a student organization that competed in the SAE AutoDrive Challenge, a three-year competition to develop a self-driving car.
